THE PROGRAM
The playbook was rewritten.

The Google Cloud Partner Network is simpler now — automated, contribution-based, and built on four signals: co-sell influenced deals, closed-won ACV, customer consumption, and certified practitioners.
What they unlock is substantial: higher tiers, incentives, funding eligibility, and the visibility that sends customers your way. All of it flows to the partners whose work the system can see.
Google built the measurement. It assumed you already had the engine.
THE ENGINE
Five parts. Each one feeds the next.
AML builds all five inside your business, with your team, against your niche — until the results appear in your Partner Network Hub dashboard.
Built with you. Owned by you.
RESULTS
What you have once the engine runs.
A market you own
Positioning specific enough that anyone who hears it knows which customers to send you.
An offer that converts
Paid work that registers as co-sell activity the moment it is signed.
Buyers you can name
A shared account list your team and your partner manager work from together.
Credit that lands
Your contribution recorded against the deals you win, as you win them.
Demand that repeats
Campaigns and workshops that bring you qualified conversations month after month.
A partnership that grows
Higher tiers, more competencies, and wider access to funding and support as the results accumulate.
HOW IT WORKS
Four phases. Then it keeps running.
AND AFTER
Sustain
Carolina Sampaio.
Tier status is assessed annually on your trailing twelve months; competencies renew on their own anniversary. AML stays on as the standing monitor of partnership health.

WHO BUILDS IT
Carolina Sampaio.
Twelve years inside the Google Cloud ecosystem — as a vendor delivery lead accountable to Google for a support program spanning 50+ regional partners, then as global programs owner at a top-tier Google Cloud partner in North America, where she drove eight competencies to attainment and technical certification to 85%.
She now builds that engine for partners directly. Work delivered in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
